Love these wings from a Chinese takeaway so adapted a recipe to try to make my own!
In this recipe I have baked the wings but you could also fry the wings seasoned in flour and five-spice and then coat. Enjoy!

What you need.
1 kg of wings
4 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons crushed black pepper 5 teaspoons sesame oil
5 cloves garlic chopped
4 spring onions sliced Fresh chillis as you like (or chilli flakes)
1 Lime juiced
Method
1. Preheat oven to 230 C.
2. Mix salt and pepper together in a bowl. Place chicken wings on a lightly oiled baking tray. Coat the chicken wings evenly in the salt and pepper mix.
3. Bake for 15 minutes then turn and bake for another 15-20 minutes until crispy.
4. When the wings are close to being done, heat the sesame oil in a pan on a medium heat then add the garlic, onions and chilli. Cook until the garlic has browned slightly. Finish with the juice of a lime.
5. Remove chicken wings from oven and place in a large bowl.
6. Toss the chicken wings with the garlic oil until completely coated.
