My twist on the American classic.

What you need
20 Chicken wings
100g flour
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tsp cayenne
1.5 tsp Onion powder
1.5 tsp salt
Buffalo Sauce
180ml franks sauce
110g melted butter
1.5 tbsp white wine vinegar
0.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
0.5 tsp Cayenne
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt
Blue Cheese Dip
130g blue cheese crumbles
120ml sour cream
60ml Mayo
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Method...
Mix the flour well with seasoning then coat the wings, preheat oven to 200c
Line baking tray with tin foil with a little oil coating. Place wings on tray and cook for 45 minutes until crispy, turning at least once.
As the wings are finishing melt the butter in a pan. Add all the other ingredients and stir with a whisk on a low heat.
As it starts to bubble take off heat and whisk. Coat wings well
For the blue cheese just mix all the ingredients together well. If you have time do this an hour or 2 before using.
